Labor Day has passed and football season has arrived. Here is a look at the top ten 2011draft picks who will make the most impact this fantasy football season.

1. Mark Ingram, RB. Rd 1, Pick 28, New Orleans Saints

Quick, who led the Saints in rushing in 2010? If you said Chris Ivory (716 yards) give yourself a gold star. The 2009 Heisman Trophy winner landed in an ideal situation when he fell to the Saints in the first round. Ingram is a virtual lock to win the starting job, having to battle only Ivory and the oft–injured Pierre St. Thomas. With Reggie Bush’s status uncertain, Ingram should be a workhorse for a high powered Saint offense. 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns are not out of the question.

2. Daniel Thomas, RB. Rd 2, Pick 62, Miami Dolphins

With Ronnie Brown certain to be an ex–Dolphin in 2011, Thomas should step into a starter’s roll in Miami. Thomas is a between the tackles runner with good vision and a knack for finding the endzone, he scored 19 touchdowns his senior season. At Kansas State, Thomas saw action in the wildcat, a formation the Dolphins like to utilize. Don’t be surprised if Thomas ends up being the most productive rookie of the 2011 class.

3. Julio Jones, WR. Rd 1, Pick 6, Atlanta Falcons

While wide receiver is a difficult position to make an impact as a rookie, the pieces are in place for Jones to contribute in 2011. He has a productive receiver in Roddy White opposite him, a strong running game with Michael Turner, and not to mention a top flight quarterback in Matt Ryan throwing him the football. Jones should be able to break free and make some big plays for an Atlanta offense that was lacking in them last season.
